However, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

• To request a refund, email us at support@fitsquad.in with your order ID and product images within 48 hours of delivery.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

• Fitness gear, supplements, and personal use products once opened.
